Whatever the project, a container is only useful if it's the right size, it sits level and protected on your driveway, and the debris is routed to a permitted regional landfill.

Delivery, the rental period, collection and the a regional landfill transfer-station disposal, plus a tonnage allowance, in a single number - with the overage rate stated up front.
We set the container to meet the city's rules - arranging a street spot if needed - then plank under it on every delivery so it sits level on the sandy clay and your driveway is protected. No charge, and you don't have to ask.
Load level with the rim. Call when you're done. Every load leaves covered and secured for the haul to a permitted regional landfill, as Arkansas requires.
The local rules are why you need a container. In Fort Smith, the Sebastian County Recycling Center takes household recyclables, brush, tires and oil - but not the construction debris from a remodel or a clean-out, which has to go to a permitted regional landfill. The City's own guidance says it plainly: for a large clean-out or remodel, contract a licensed hauler for a dumpster. And under Arkansas DEQ rules you can't burn construction, demolition or commercial waste. So a real project's debris goes covered to a permitted regional landfill, and as a local crew we know the routing and point the Freon appliances, tires and brush the right way.
Arkansas and Sebastian County route several things carefully. Clean scrap metal and clean concrete can be recycled rather than landfilled; clean brush can go to the county recycling centers, and tires and oil route to the Sebastian County centers; Fort Smith runs a household hazardous waste and e-waste drop-off on a hazardous-waste collection; and pressure-treated lumber can't be burned at all, so it goes in the container. We flag all of it early and point you to the right place.
Comments passed to our office by customers across Fort Smith and the surrounding Sebastian County communities.
Gutted a kitchen in one of the older Belle Grove-area homes and had no clue construction debris can't go out with the city pickup. Travis had a 15 yard on the driveway the next morning, one flat price, and hauled it clean to the regional landfill. Made a tear-out simple.
We build out in Chaffee Crossing and Fort Smith Dumpster Rental Group keep containers swapped on schedule so a crew never stands around waiting on an empty. Upfront pricing, no surprise fees. They're the only hauler we call now.
Tore off an old roof out in Greenwood and the shingles were heavier than I figured. Colt sized me a 15 yard so I didn't go over weight, dropped it right where I needed it, and swapped it fast when it filled. Knew exactly how it works here.

(479) 259-2770Every quote is one flat rate covering delivery, the rental period, collection, disposal and a tonnage allowance. Construction debris goes covered to a permitted regional landfill, and that's built into the price. Call with the details for a real figure and the per-ton overage rate.
No - the Sebastian County recycling centers take household recyclables, brush, tires and oil, not construction debris. That goes to a permitted regional landfill, and a roll-off is the clean way to get it there. Burning it is prohibited under Arkansas DEQ rules.
A container on your own driveway is straightforward - we place it to meet the city's rules. If it must sit in the street or public right-of-way, that's arranged with the City of Fort Smith first, and we handle it.
It depends far more on the material than the volume. Dense debris such as plaster, tile, concrete and the wet valley clay reaches a weight limit before it fills the container, so a smaller box filled properly is usually cheaper. Bulky, light material such as furniture and new-build offcuts suits the larger sizes. Tell us the project.
Yes - it's central to what we do in the northern the Fort Smith metro. After a winter storm or the spring thaw we get large containers out fast so you can clear limbs, fencing and ruined contents in one pass. Brush and yard waste we haul for you, and treated wood can't be burned - so a container is often the simpler route. Demand spikes area-wide, so call early.
Household hazardous waste - paint, solvents, motor oil, antifreeze, pool chemicals - is prohibited and handled through the Fort Smith drop-off on a hazardous-waste collection on Fridays and Saturdays. Electronics go to e-waste collection, tires route to their own handling for a fee, and appliances need any Freon recovered. Everything else from a normal project goes in the box.
We plank under the rollers and rails on every delivery, at no charge, to spread the weight and protect the surface - which matters on the sandy clay ground that softens in the spring thaw.
Usually next day, and often same day if a run is already heading your way, since our yard is right here in Fort Smith. Call before mid-morning for the best chance of same-day.
